At this point, I'm trying to reevaluate my exercise routines, diet and what vits/mins my body is most likely deficient in. Trying to combine those factors with an autoimmune thyroid dysfunction, my little one's lactose intolerance, red dye allergy, and my daughters growing allergy list is going to be a lot of fun! Well, not so much fun, but you get the picture.
We don't eat as healthy as we should, but I'm doing much better with portion control and making sure we have veggies every night. Most nights include salad. For breakfast, I'm not a big fan and unfortunately I've realized I have an egg allergy so there goes my favorite breakfast and lunch food! Good news is, since I've cut out the eggs I am not getting as many headaches anymore!
I'm hoping that by keeping somewhat of a daily journal on here will keep me accountable and make my goals that much more attainable!
